Vulcano
An inspiration from natural and organic forms, continues his research on textures and materials. The collection has been named Vulcano in honour of the wild Aeolian island where active volcanos create magnificent and fluid forms of lava, and the divinity of the same name, who was the guardian of blacksmiths and goldsmiths for the ancient Romans. A finish, exclusively created by hand by, with rhodium-plated black veins is polished in several stages, thus giving the metal a new consistency and materiality.
The research on metalwork has led to the creation of new interwoven gold and rhodium chains that are as soft as fabric and elegant long necklaces fastened with a clasp set with brilliant-cut champagne diamonds that becomes an extremely sophisticated decorative motif. The collection presents pendants and rings of twisted brambles of metal from which rows of diamonds emerge. The same soft shapes, created in white gold, are studded in light covered in a precious, closely-set pavé of brilliant-cut diamonds.
